Terms of Stay
By making a reservation with Edelweiss Village + Resort, you agree to the following terms.
Reservations & Payment
A 25% deposit is required at booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. For stays booked inside 30 days, payment is due in full at booking.
Cancellation
Full refund up to 30 days before arrival. 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. No refund inside 14 days, though we'll make every effort to re-book the chalet.
Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to property, furnishings, or equipment caused during their stay. A security deposit may be held against your card for whole-village buyouts.
Privacy
This section covers the edelweissvillage.ca website. When you make a reservation, your booking and payment details are collected and processed by our booking platform at bookedelweissvillage.ca, not by this website directly — that platform has its own terms and privacy practices.
On this site, we collect only what you choose to give us: your name, email, and message when you use the contact form, and your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry or send the newsletter you signed up for. We do not sell, share, or rent your information.
We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Resend to deliver contact form emails, and Mailchimp to manage newsletter subscriptions. Each receives only the information needed to perform that task.

This site uses only essential cookies for core functionality, plus a subscription-management cookie set by our newsletter platform if you subscribe.
